Everything about this hotel is amazing. The hotel is only 15 minutes walking distance from Patong Beach. There are so many restaurants around the hotel, especially the halal ones. There are also 7 elevens to buy the basic things like water, wet tissue or other things. The room is really large we are 9 people easy to stay and its beautiful room with large projector can watches all, it also has a hot water. There is no TV in the room, but they provide us a free netflix from the projector. Everything is perfect. This is my 4th stay this year and the staff is very professional and friendly. I stay in a large bedroom apartment and the place is good for 7-9 members. Plus point is the kitchen, I can cook or make toast for breakfast. Location is very close to the beach and Bangla road. daily house keeping will take care about cleaning rooms. a large Pool very well good to use and relax Near By also have a small restaurant's bars locals shops serving limited menu and reasonably price Royal Prince Residence One of the higher spot near by Patong

Amazing location near Patong Beach! We stayed for 4 nights in total Royal Prince Residence and we re booked again they have small kitchenette can cook food by self own Very clean and newly renovated hotel with super friendly staff and owner. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with hot water, new furniture and air conditioning. The rooms are also well kept by the housekeeping staff with daily cleans. WiFi access is great on all floors! The location is around 10 minutes from Patong Beach, yet there is no noise at night at all and we slept perfectly. Lots of local restaurants and shops nearby. They have Towels that you can take to the beach also, which is a nice touch. All in all, great value for money, clean and friendly staff. Would highly recommend this place.

oved this place! Clean room, comfy bed, and the staff were really nice. Rooms and Pool was so good too — seriously they have small kitchenette inside room cook own food Best Location just walkable distance all ! Just a short walk to the beach and 7-Eleven supercheap near by many Thai local restaurants Would totally stay again! Quite area check-in and checkout very smooth thanks Royal Prince Residence Wonderful Stay

The Place so nice its very large room i didn't expect and the pool right IN front so amazing this is one of best hotel patong everything good sleeo very good its so nice to stay mr sam sam is front desk person so nice very humble the house little bit old but staying very happy and meet new frinds and so nice overall i like this royal prince residence i highly recommend all over the world

I love this place Royal Prince Residence. The owner’s very friendly and warm welcoming. It’s close to the mall, convenience store, pharmacy, laundry shop and walkable to Patong Beach. The room was very clean and simple and had everything we needed, the Pool was very well designed and we had a good rest.

The location, the space, the people managing it were all great. There’s a swimming pool if you’re shy of going to a beach 4 kms away.

Everything was just perfect, the location is close to patong beach, close to market and stores. The service was amazing, especially Sam he was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who is going to visit phuket.

Great location. Well managed (Sam). Excellent pool. Good Wi-Fi. Clean rooms. Reasonably good kitchenette. Good TV. Competitive pricing on rental scooters.👍

They have a place for a big family. Area is located in a quiet part of the area but is just 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from Patong Beach. Sam is very welcoming. He will make sure that the guests are comfortable.
