The Place so nice its very large room i didn't expect and the pool right IN front so amazing this is one of best hotel patong everything good sleeo very good its so nice to stay mr sam sam is front desk person so nice very humble the house little bit old but staying very happy and meet new frinds and so nice overall i like this royal prince residence i highly recommend all over the world

Great location. Well managed (Sam). Excellent pool. Good Wi-Fi. Clean rooms. Reasonably good kitchenette. Good TV. Competitive pricing on rental scooters.👍

Location was ideal. Quiet area but walking distance to nice bars and restaurants and Bangala road. Sam is an amazing host. Very helpful, kept checking in with us to make sure we were good for everything and always available if anything needed. We had an issue with the AC one evening and he came to our rescue within minutes of contacting him. Pool is nice size and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

They have a place for a big family. Area is located in a quiet part of the area but is just 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from Patong Beach. Sam is very welcoming. He will make sure that the guests are comfortable.

The property manager, Sam was very friendly and more of family / brother. He made sure he took good care of all of us like his own family. Sam was 100 on 100 for us.

Nice place to stay this residence so much fun and nice guy the front desk mr sam always nice talking the room very big they have nice swimming pool also very quit place and amzing spend with sam thanks so much a lot of guests staying for Sam he a amzing guy we stayed very lovely plave nice residence

Location, conformable, air conditioning, Wifi, host. Near to 24hrs open market. Near to Bangla Road and Patong beach. Peaceful street even if is near to all crowded pleaces.

I really appreciate the service provided by the staff named Mr. Sam. He helps me a lot if I need any help. He really cares for the customers who stay at his hotel. The location was further from the beach than we thought but nothing too bad. still a great place. The host was just very lovely. responsive and nice. He made a huge difference.

Mr Sam was very helpful and accommodating. It was nice location for what we wanted in Phuket. And was a big villa for the family super clean and traditional Thai style!
